Associate Marketplace

Have you missed out on Trade Show? Then join us at Marketplace! It’s a new and intimate opportunity for exhibitors to connect with recreation professionals during AARFP’s Conference! With a table during the welcome barbeque and a fun hospitality night, you’ll be able to make connections and contacts with the best recreation professionals. Not only that, but we will also be running an interactive Casino night during Marketplace to ensure that attendees visit your table.

Sunday night (April 13^th, 2025) from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Where
At the Canmore Hotel during the Welcome Banquet. Exhibitors will have 8 x 8 tables (no backdrop) in the ballroom where attendees will be seated, eating and socializing.
