Join Women in Recreation - Lean In Circle
A welcoming space for women and gender-diverse individuals working in the Recreation Industry to connect, support one another, and grow together.
Our Lean-In Circle meets once a month for peer-to-peer mentorship, leadership skill-building, and open discussions about challenges, successes, and ideas—all in a judgment-free, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Each session will focus on a different topic, from transformational leadership to mentorship and conflict resolution, with access to valuable resources, activities, and action items to keep the momentum going between meetings. Plus, there will be opportunities to connect outside of our regular gatherings!
